Control All Mechanical is a small local business, so it has become a tight-knit group of hard workers who all know each other well. Derek, the owner of the company, is an HVAC Technician who knows the business inside and out and is actively out in the field working alongside the rest of the HVAC Techs at Control All Mechanical. We are looking for technicians who can deliver the same high quality and personable service that we have built our reputation on in this valley.

What will I be doing?

Successfully perform installations and routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems
Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, condensers, and compressors
Build client relationships by providing outstanding service through strong communication and customer service skills
Educate your clients on their systems and maintenance requirements
Identify opportunities for clients to improve their home comfort systems through product overview
Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs and/or records
Complete all tasks in accordance with quality and safety standards

Do I have what is takes?

3+ years of experience in maintenance, diagnosing & troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC system issues
Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Must be able to follow directions and work independently
EPA certification (Type II)
Ability to commute/relocate between Gypsum and Vail
US work authorization
Great Customer Service skills
Valid Driver’s License with an insurable driving record
